The brief

UrbanFlowers delivers flowers and cakes across Thailand to both Thai and foreign customers. Its English-language campaigns were already performing well. The goal was more sales from Thai-language keywords and a bigger base of Thai customers.

02

What we did

An audit of the Thai-language campaigns showed every keyword group lumped together, so the campaigns were competing with each other, and the Performance Max and Search structure was incomplete. The target was a higher Thai-language ROAS than before.

  1. Rebuilt Search from scratch
Kept only the keywords that drive sales, with a single theme per ad group
  2. Reorganised Performance Max for Shopping
Restructured the product feed into cakes, flowers and other groups that match the website
03

Results

We manage the ad account that UrbanFlowers owns. First we cut the campaigns returning a ROAS of only 1.00x, which were taking more than 63% of the budget, and moved that money to the groups that actually return a profit. Spend fell by 45% while orders held steady, and we won back impression share on brand searches, which return a ROAS of 7.45x.
